now i can comprehend why KRG dont declare independence. i had thought the baba-ceyhan pipeline goes trough the kurdish region, but son of bitch iraqi-arabs let built it around the kurdish region and trough arab areas as well as possible (probably because of our kurdish peshmergas heroes). you are good informed kak alan , thanks a lot. that helps me to understand. that means we have to wait until genel energy is finshed. was it this as serok barzani sayd, we have to wait for the right moment/final stagei think yes, i hope yes. i cant wait anymore...
yes indeed my dear without an independent pipeline that connects KRG to outside , sending oil out via trucks as we are now is not convenient nor does it send the amount of oil needed for a kurdish state budget , dont get me wrong once KRG produces 500,000 barrel per day , our budget will sky rocket over $30 Billion if we sell them ourselves via a pipeline , this is exclusive of the revenue from agriculture and tourism , according to an official statistics in one month last month 350.000 tourists visited Kurdistan
another important card KRG played was , Baghdad said i wont pay the expenses to the oil companies operating in kurdistan this is a pressure on these companies to pack up and leave , KRG then stopped oil export via kirkuk - Ceyhan pipeline , Baghdad then increased the oil flow from kirkuk baba fields , then PKK blows up them god damn pipeline as it goes throu Shirnak in NK
