I wonder why it is that we use animals in order to emphasise heavy rain

Not only. During a big storm my grand grand mother used to say : Devil is beating his spouse. :ymdevil:

Today, fresh but sunny : so Ganesha has decided to stay in England. Good.

Saturday is my day of cleaning and cooking. Have buns with raisins, pine apples and apples to do.

Do you really wake up full of enthusiasm and leap out of bed to cook and clean at 6am - possibly this is GMT and I am on BST (British Summer Time)

Perhaps you have to get up early to put Piling out for a wander :D

Though I have a feeling that Piling is so spoilt he does not have to go outside to pee and has a litter box (cleaned daily) to use as a loo before demanding breakfast, a cuddle and a stroke :D

We have the summer time here, so GMT + 2 ?

I woke up at 7, drank a coffee until 10, and began to clean and cook at 11. I am a normal human, sometimes

We are on GMT + 1 :)

3 hours of drinking coffee

I would think that you needed to spend the following 3 hours on the loo getting rid of all that coffee :))

Bring it on all you sexist male chauvinists

I am your worst nightmare

An educated liberated FEMALE :ymdevil:

Sadly most of the men on this site are unable to discuss any subject without being insulting to the person who posted the topic in the first place. It is NOT just myself who suffers from this X(

One should be able to formulate sensible logical arguments on a given subject, and have real in-depth discussions without resulting to puerile remarks and insults that actually have absolutely nothing to do with the subject in question.

Fortunately, all the Muslims I deal with on a daily basis love to discuss their beliefs. It is those same Muslim ladies who are afraid of Islamic fundamentalism. The husbands are also worried about changes that will take place in Turkey if it becomes more Islamic and less of a secular state
