Education in SK

PostAuthor: Natsidruk » Sat Dec 08, 2012 5:04 pm

How is the education in SK now? I remember, last time I were in SK, or Zaxo more precisely, there was many kids who didn't go to school. Or if they went, they allways went home again, 2-3 hours later because they found school very boring and wouldn't stay there more than 2-3 hours. :? This was around 4-5 years ago in Zaxo, I don't know how it is now, or how it is in other cities, But during that time, I thought this was very saddening. In my eyes, education in on of the most important thing to build and strengthen Kurdistan. :-?

Everyone has to go to school nowadays. The system has been changed and the schools have become more modern. They have new color-printed books and some of their school books are actually created by foreign publishers (for example the english books Sunrise, which is created by Macmillan in Britain). So I don't think it is as boring as it was in the past. Also, the government is now checking the schools more often.
