Where are they being put? Are they around Kerkuk?

Actually brother it is a very good news. Yes it is around Kirkuk. But they are not real artilleries. They are water pipes disguised as long range heavy artilleries.

USA will never let Maliki attacking Kurdistan. Joe Binden told him it is a red line.

We Kurds learned in a hard way that we can trust nobody. Even if the USA said that, maybe they dont will act and just condemn Iraqs attack against south Kurdistan.
Thats why south Kurdistan must prepare for a war and Kurds must be always ready for a war. But if anybody wants to really help Kurdistan, they are welcome.
Dont forget how Bush senior promised the Kurds to attack Saddam, if the Kurds raise up against him, but USA just wached how Iraq attacked and killed the Kurds, most of them civilians included children, women, men, old and young. Look at what the man said at 10:57.

USA won't defend Kurds because of their kind heart but behind Maliki, it is a part of the game of thrones between sunni pawns of USA (Arab Gulf, Turkey, Kurdistan) vs Shiite pawns (Iran, Syria, Maliki) of Russia and China.
But I agree Kurds should show to the world that they are ready to fight.
