I live there, and yes I can confirm that the Swedes are a very nice people.

Sweden has done very much for the Kurds, more than many other countries in Europe. :)

Sweden, Germany, to some extend Switzerland (cant really say much about Dens) are relatively friendly countries.

I belive it's good but we should not forget or forgive France for being a part of splitting Kurdistan into 4.

No European country can be trust. The minute the political parties that might appear to be supporting the Kurds get in power, that is the minute they start obeying Turkey and USA. But once they are in opposition or a government support party, they all yell about how terrible things are being done to Kurds.

Yes there are European parties and high members of different European parties and also members of EU-parliament that have shown support for the Kurds on numerous occassions. And yes, their support are for the most of the time sincere. But unfortunately Europe, and thereby also its political parties, are in a chain of command, the second they become government, towards primarily USA ( and thus also Turkey), NATO and EU. And as long as this chain of command exists, Kurds will forever be criminalized in Europe.

One country where this is not applicable is Norway where Kurds have yet to be criminalized. This is probably due to the fact that Norway is not a part of EU. EU terror list has been the main factor for criminalizing Kurds around in Europe. So despite the fact that NATO declares PKK a terror group, the judges in Europe rarely base their decissions on NATO but rather on EU.
