Jalal Talabani and KRG Prime Minister Nechirvan Barzani in a meeting in the city of Sulaimani emphasized on unifying the Kurdish political blocs.
There were talks in the meeting held on Thursday on enhancing the cooperation between the Kurdish political blocs and unifying the Kurdish domestic positions.
They also shed light on developing the PUK-KDP strategic agreement necessary to the Kurdish people and preserving the achievements.
They exchanged opinions concerning the Kurdistan and Iraq as well as regional country’s latest developments and ways of overcoming the difficulties on which their positions were almost identical.
The KRG-Baghdad relations have been at odds mainly over the Peshmerga and exporting oil and gas.
