From Faces of tomorrow. Most of their examples are from beggars which can always look odd and I suspect even they might be more "Gypsies" from Kurdish cities, especially the second one.

Don't know what it is about this guy, he looks plain, but he seems a little off-Kurdish.

Not entirely sure she's Kurdish, she appeared when I searched 'Kurdish' on deviantart. It's mainly the strong jaw line.
Strong jawline is common ins West Kurdistan.
