all my aunts&uncles learn these in kirkuk.

i know they teached these lessons at school they don't learn it out of nowhere.
i don't know if you concider 20 years old because even my nephew can speak these.
and most of the kurds can speak arabic yes just those who grew up in europe probably can't.
i even remmember my 14 year cousin speak farc before and their parents didn't even teach him.
i know when i go to kurdistan i see many of them able to speak these.
i know what i see and hear.
they could all speak these languages and they are kurd.
i know they teached these languages at school.
i'm not saying they all can speak but some do.
