i thought arabs were only allowed as tourists in hawler right?

If you look at immigration in Kurdistan, there aren't many Arabs really living in Kurdistan. Meaning that most of them are tourists. As much as you might dislike them, it is a fact that many spend a lot of money in Kurdistan, which of course is beneficial for the economy. And believe me, eventually most of the Arabs will go back. Just take a look at kurds in Europe: although Kurdistan is becoming wealthier every day, you can't compare it with Europe (in the near future we can compete with europe, but not now), even now lots and lots of Kurds return. This will probably be the same with the Arabs in Kurdistan, they will also go back.

Thats true, many of the arabs that you see are mostly tourists. Millions of tourists vist Kurdistan every year and most of them are arabs. And there are also many arabs mostly from the gulf states who come to Kurdistan for Business, they also not live in Kurdistan.

No you seem to not understand. Arab, Turkish, Persian TOURISTS are welcome. But not Arabs from Baghdad or wherever and telling That Kurdistan is Arab land. Not Persians who come just to insult the people and not Turks to sell their shitty products.

Well you could have seen this coming i mean first of all it's hawler arabian's call it erbil,
Second, hawler is like the most riches part of whole iraq not even bagdad could overcome the money income and available work to do.
Third, they just jealous there fighting us four against one and they still can't win. =))
i don't think they can stay that long only kurds can buy and make houses persians and arabs can only buy it from a kurd.
I hate how hawler is becoming i mean it's almost the same as europe nobody greets each other and almost nobody does ramadan even thought there muslim.
and the all the mall's are exactly the same if you wanna have a fun time in hawler i recommend going to street markets the people there are mostly kurdish.
And if you want to be in a fun place maybe try Slemanyi i bet they sell some kurdish wallets and other fun kurdish stuff you just got to have. :-D
