i think thats a dog (or another animal in the canidae familiy,which is canini (related to wolfs,including dogs) and vulpini (related to foxs) animals) that have died a while ago and its flesh have been eaten by insects,but its skinn remanis.

it may also be wolf. but there is a very famous mystery about a monster/dinasour in kurdistan in van lake. Van monster. there are about 1000 that say they saw the monster, there is also some pictures but they are proably fake or something other.
