Thanks, but I think it would be huge for Kurds to move away from tribe and clan mentality and towards being more nationalistic. Fayli Kurds, other than being shias aren't really different from Kurds in rojhelat.

It depends on your interpretation of "Nationalistic". There is no one single definition. What do you mean by tribe mentality? As in tribal loyalities? Well we have no political power in the first place. Kurd Faylis don't view themselves differently from other Kurds.
