Sherwan Hameed the manager for the new field said the project by the private sector cost 550,000 US Dollars.
The new field over 1,800 square meters also has sections for archery and billiard games as well as a coffee shop.
In the past three years a skating field and a mini-golf center were also opened in Erbil. These are visited by a great number of fans daily.
