Well if people want change, they should stat locally! which is why I will always start helping my home town first.

P.S: Vocational courses are things like:- plumbing, building, mechanics and other jobs that require skills like that! it will be mostly for people that have failed to attend university or just prefer that kind of Jobs! it will help the youth get more skills and in effect create more jobs with highly skilled locals.

Kulka xan, you will find Turks that are good to Kurds. but when you say Turks you mean in general. When I say Hawleris I mean in general. There is competition between cities, but you have to admit that between Slemani and Hawler it is more than that. Why isn't it the same for Kerkuk and Slemani Duhok and Hawler? to solve this problem we have to go back to history when did this two city conflict start from? do any of you know when and why this started?

but here in Rojhelat we don't have two competition cities ! it is because Sine is atleast 2.5 times larger than other large cities !
(I think Bukan is 2end largest city)

hh it's not about competition, they have got a long way to reach our intellect level, that's not what we don't like....We don't like Hawleri culture. They suck up to anyone, baith, PDK, PUK anyone.... When did this thing start with these two cities. how about when Saddam asked the Musicians in Slemani to make him a song of praise, Slemani obviously declined ( punished ofcourse), then they go to Halwer and ask them to compose a song.. a month later there is this new song in Kurdish "Zera Zera" = he is gold, he is gold .. and Slemani was like "what?!" and afterwards more and more of these actions just disgusted the name of Kurds and Kurdistan- when Hawleris change this SUK culture of theirs, like now where no one speaks up, when people die and they party for mastaw to PDK, when they stop kissing shoes, when they stop accepting Turkish flags around their city, when they actually become Kurds and men- that's when we will stop harassing their city, I love Hawleris they are Kurds and they are our brothers, and personally I wouldn't do anything to them rude or discriminatory just because they are from Hawler, but I will surely point out how Hawleris in general should work and change that weak culture of theirs. till then their city is to us inferior.
