According to a source; cancer can hit us only when our temperature falls to as low as 35 Celsius. This source is a doctor. He is a surgeon, gastrointestinologist and dietitian. He has over 40 year experience, operated on over hundred thousand cancer patients, mainly with colon cancer, all of them cured and none of them got cancer again. So this source can’t be wrong.

The answer is this: These life style diets make us unhealthy and degrade our immune system, which becomes weaker and weaker as our temperature falls lower and lower. When it falls to 35 Celsius, it, our immune system, becomes useless against cancer. Our immune system makes enzymes, pesticides, against diseases. It uses a lot of water to make these enzymes, pesticides. But at low temperature coupled with shortage of water our immune system becomes very week or stops.

Why these life style and diets cause cancer? Animal products come from animals, which have higher temperature by as much as 2 Celsius from us. This temperature differentiation makes digestion very hard and requires a lot of digestive enzymes. This high demand can cause exhaustion of digestive enzyme production and temporary weakening or stoppage of immune system. Animal products never digested completely. A lot of it reach colon undigested to become fermented producing toxins and stinky winds. These toxins enter blood stream to cause serious diseases including cancer.
Additionally animal product meals don’t have fibre to push undigested food out of colon easily. They stick to the walls of colon to create pockets on the colon wall. If your weight is 60.00 kg, drink 0.04 x 60 = 2.40 litre/day and drink it at 5 regular times. Divide this 2.40L of water to 5 parts like 2.4/5=0.5litres. Drink 0.5L early morning at least half hour before breakfast, drink another 0.5L around 10:00am, drink the next 0.5l around 3:pm and drink the rest of two 0.5L at least two hours after your dinner and half hour before you sleep. Drink the last two 0.5L of water in one go or two or three times.
Always warm your water before drink it. Use filtered water or mineral water. Check your mineral water doesn’t include chloride. Try to add a drizzle of sea salt or the juice of a piece of lemon to your water. As a rule don’t drink your water at least half an hour before the meal and at least two hours after the meal and don’t drink anything with your meals.
