It is the Iraqi law, and an agreement between Iraq and KRG : KRG send all its incomes to Bagdad and Bagdad gives 17% of its budget to Kurds. Unfortunately, Iraq does not respect it and the last years, hardly paid 11%.

Kurdistan is almost totally independent - and has closed several independent oil deals - WHY is it still sending all it's money to worn torn Iraq

Everything becomes much more difficult when I reach 60,000

Very strong wind here - keeps rattling my extractor fans - sound as though someone is trying to break in - anyone breaking in here had better have plenty of dog food

Once my dogs caught someone in my garden and he climbed up a tree to escape - I should have phoned the police - instead I left him there overnight - the next day he had managed to escape - I had 2 very happy dogs that were tearing parts of bloodstained clothes - I doubt he tried to break into any more houses EVER

No snow for Christmas - just extremely strong winds - especially on Monday afternoon

England has one storm at the moment - two more strong storms are on their way here over the next few days - hopefully one of them will bring snow

I wonder what everyone else will be doing Christmas day - probably watching TV - I will be trying to reach 65,000 before 2014

Perhaps that should read "before 2015"

Tornadoes; wind gusts to 80mph; occasional CG lightning

The wind is blowing there I can hear it outside but not like a tornado.

In Bretagne and Vendée thousands of people have no electricity now. They'll have a hard Christmas.

Until now only 2 victims : a young worker of 20 seriously injured and a boy of 12 killed when a wall fall on him.
