A little research

Good morning everyone!
If you have time to consider this, please allow me to introduce my little project here;
I'm about to make a research on Egyptians professional qualification. Especially the so-called" EXPATs". The purpose of this research is to find out the fact about realness of this qualification as their professional resume and references read.
Some incidents have taken place in the past period of my observation in the workplace which makes one -actually more than one- to question these allegations (allegations of being experienced in specific fields).
Also, given the facts about Egypt situation and all the Economic and demographic implications made me come up with few hypothesizes which I tend to prove or reject, maybe.
Again this is a mini study that I would like to have on the subject, since their misconduct and unprofessionalism in the workplace is really becoming irritating and agitating.
Just to give you a little pre-taste of the project; One of these hypothesize is that the government of Egypt is supporting its people by giving them fake certificates and similar tools to push them out of the country and let them work outside of Egypt, hitting two birds with this; first: to salvage the national resources from depletion (think of 85 million hungry mouths living on Aid from Israel and US). And second: later, these people will become a source of fund to the country since they are going to bring back home the ”loot” from around the world. (Please do excuse me for being so sarcastic, similar expressions are not used in the original work) And just like in many other countries, these “loots” are duty free, meaning that government levies no tax on this type of income.
To leave you with something to sleep on tonight, I ask you this silly question; Why all Egyptians hold diploma degree in commercial? While 28% of the population are completely illiterate! Or all their projects and assignments ended up in failure!
Please provide any information you may think is useful. Share your experience with this specie. I really want to show to the world how crappy these people are. It’s fun! Isn't it?
