Scrambled eggs on toast
2 cups sweet black tea

Dinner:
Chicken and rice

You will have noticed that I have rice EVERY night - that is because I put half of it on my windowsil for the birds - I have 2 Magpies that do not like eating from the ground :ymhug:

Snacks:
Coffee cake with about 5 million calories in it :ymdevil:

So yesterday & and today impossible to respect diet. :-D

Now I enter a pic of my own silhouette with 13 kilos to lost.

Then every month I will post the differences : From Dudley's silhouette to Harry's :lol:

I am SHAMED :ymsick:

When I look at Piling's photo I am ashamed of all the food I eat - I am going to have to cut down even more :sad:

I only normally have 1 bar of chocolate a day - I live on salads - rice - chicken - fruit

Perhaps it is the pure fruit juice that is fattening :shock:

Don't be ashamed : you have the weight you have now, so what ? I should be thiner because i can practice sports and diets and all these stupids things whil you staid for a long time in a wheel chair.

I have only found a site that calculates how many calories you can eat according to your height and age and weight. Then in a slow and natural way I began to lost kilos.

It is a French site but i am sure you can find the same in English. You eat what you like at the hours you like and that's okay if you respect the number of calories they give you.

When it was lovely and warm I was out in the woods limping around - when it is cold I lose the urge to go out :))

Soon I will be stuck in an office everyday :sad: with a handsome male secretary :D

So I have to get fitter quickly in order to fight all those handsome toyboys :ymdevil:

Breakfast:
Mackrel salad with 1 roll
2 cups sweet black tea

Dinner:
Chicken curry and rice
1 can of Pepsi

Snacks:
1 Crunchie
pkt of cheese biscuits

I have gever and a red spider in my throat, so I don't eat a lot. At dinner, fish and soup, salad of lettuce, cheese, and beers.

For drugs : honey, lemon and lemon sorbet.

Here, a Kurdish colleague brought me cakes for the Aid, but I can't eat one. Later…

I had a huge roast lunch yesterday and a salad with rice for dinner

I will leave you to guess if I had any chocolate ;)

I dare not buy ant Cadbury's chocolate because I enjoy it so much if it is in my home I will EAT it all :o)
