kurdish city administrations are arrested because unofficially use of kurdish. I dont live in Amed but i can say that almost all speak kurdish exklusive police, statemen. even ZAZAKI speakers have 3. biggest population among all kurds, while other dialects in south are forgotten for persian or arabic and sorani in central kurdistan.
and the Q, yes Q is kurdish. but not the hai, ain.
