Last day of Lent. BMI : 28. Tomorrow is Chocolate Day (special message for Anthea). :-D

As I lost around 5 kg I will spend my money for a new wardrobe. Unfortunately, the weather is in winter and the shops are already in summer. Hard to find suitable clothes.

CONGRATULATIONS :ymparty:

You have done so well losing all that weight that perhaps you should NOT join in with the chocolate eating :))

Too late for me to worry I am short and fat and I do not really care what anyone thinks :ymdevil:

I could put my weight gain down to the 3 years I spent in a wheelchair but nobody forced me to stuff myself full of chocolate - I could have asked people to bring me grapes instead ;)

Now that I am actually managing to walk a bit without screaming in pain I am going to have another scan to find out how my spine is and if I am allowed to exercise :-\

It has just started snowing :-\

well don't worry chocolate is good for health :D

I would like to lost 10 kg again, at least 5 kg, but if I were in a wheel chair i would not feel guilty. In my case it is MY fault and I want to be lighter for walking in Kurdish mountains :-D

Moreover, next week, I will spend a lot of energy by playing MAH-JONG ! :ymparty:

You will NOT need money, with your knowledge of Kurdish culture and language you will be made so welcome that they will not want you to leave. They will probably make you an MP :D

It suits you. As a Brit you are monarchist, so that is no problem. Frogs are too deeply republican for wearing a crown

Just advice.... stay away from chocolate. 100 gram bar of chocolate contain as a much calories as a mid-sized breakfast.

No danger : I don't like chocolate or sweeties and any thing where there is sugar within. Even when I were a baby I liked salted bretzel and refused cakes for babies. :-D

I am FED UP with these Kurds from Turkey who, on facebook, twitter or by email, send their messages directly in TURKISH without asking if I understand. In their mind, I suppose that, though French citizen, AS I AM WORKING WITH KURDS, of course, I KNOW THE BELOVED SUN-LANGUAGE OF ATATÜRK.

Kurdish ? never. Kurdish is a linguistic curiosity…

In that case, when my mood is ok, I answer politely in Kurdish that I don't understand. I wonder why I am polite, btw, I should answer politely in French…

When I am in a bad mood, their messages are deleted immediately and I block these donkeys X(

Come back to the Institute. I have brought eggs and bunnies and small things in chocolate, for a general distribution to Kurds :

Last year I went to a meeting where one of the speakers was a member of BDP, ALL the Kurds there were horrified that she spoke in TURKISH  The people who were with me have refused to go back to any meetings that include members of the BDP :-o
