Maybe Asad's army is moving there to counter attack turkey.
Or maybe they are moving artillery which existed in Mayadin base in middle of the desert east of Syria to a safer place where FSA terrorists can't reach it.
Or maybe they are sending some artillery/tanks to strengthen YPG? (the last one less probable!)
