we say zik , sik or wirig in every day speaking but "gede" is the biological name and its referring to the actual stomach inside :D .

You have it in reverse heval Kurd-sthanam . Kezeb is lung and Ciger or ceger is liver . My mother said that and do not even think about objecting :-D


In my family's Persian dialect from South Iran "jiger" means liver. But I've heard that some Persians use it for heart.

C in kurdish is equal to J, so it is also jiger in kurdish.
