Do you also disagree that the rest of the photos are Northern Kurds and that they are representive of the population? Anyways I'm not disagreeing that Northern Kurds are pale, as that is what I've been saying in practically most of my posts.
JJ the thing you dont get and see is I never claimed that they are 40% light Haired, but I said most light EYES are found in North. So I posted individual photos so everyone can see the eye color your response was to post crowd photos from a distance where you cant even determined the eye color. So what was the point? Do you believe people with dark Brown or Black hair cant have light eyes? Are you even aware of the fact that most of the light eyed individuals I posted had Dark Brown or Black hair. So what was your point?
The Hakkari region is not labeled as dark but falls more under the 1-19% cluster. And while it border areas with 20-49% we can suggest and be sure in hakkari light eyes are somewhere around 15~20%
The thing is that you cant point out eye color from crowd photos
My map is from Peter Frost (2006)
Ok I'm sorry, I just thought you were trying to make our North Kurds were light then they are. Oh and no I meant the map you showed me showed NK to be up to 40% light eyed/haired.
I think there is a mis-undersanding on the term light. I don't count light eyes and dark hair as light, and trust me alot of South-east Kurds have it, including my family members, but I will not post them because you don't believe me when I say they are representive. I mean personally I don't see how they would be too light for my region, considering that were not directly highlanders, like some of my rural counterparts in Luristan and Kirmanshan. Anyways I agree light eyes is common occurance amongst North Kurds, but you also cannot deny it is amongst SE Kurds, I will post other Kurds from my region, other than my family. I will try to find some. It is just we SE Kurds are generally darkly complexed in terms of skintone then most other Kurds
But in regarding light hair its pretty much at similar levels, I really don't think one is higher than the other.
Here are some photos I have:

I'm not saying these types are typical ovbiously, but I'm just trying to prove the point that they do exist, just as they do in every single other Kurdish group.
Here are also three of my family members:
