Czech members of the European Parliament Josef Zieleniec and Tomas Zatloukal (both Association of Independent Candidates, SNK) are to take part in the protest, according to its organisers.
Since May, the Voice for Europe organisation has been collecting signatures for a petition against Turkey's EU entry in several European Union countries, including the Czech Republic.
So far, about 30,000 people have signed the petition, including 11,000 from the Czech Republic, Kaderabkova said.
The participants in the Friday demonstration plan to stage a march from Wenceslas Square to the Government Office, where they intend to hand the petition and an open letter to PM Jiri Paroubek (senior government CSSD), the organisers told CTK.
A June demonstration against the accession of Turkey to the European Union, which was staged by Voice for Europe outside the Turkish embassy in Prague, was attended by some 50 people.
In their speeches, they pointed out that Turkish EU membership would not only harm the EU, but Turkey itself.
They said that although Turkey has made progress in its path to democracy, it still violates human rights and its cultural and religious roots are too different from EU countries'.
Citing a high-ranking EU diplomat, the Reuters agency reported on Monday that Turkey would sign a protocol on Wednesday on expanding its relations with the EU to include its new member countries, including Cyprus, which is the last condition for the start of EU accession talks in October.
