Shorijayi ha ? shera kurrani shorija , by the way for anyone wondering , shorija suburb in Kirkuk city has the most patriotic and brave kurdish Peshmerga in our history , even today the arabs are scared to go to this suburb even during saddam era . there is a joke about them . one day a shorija guy standing by in his street , a fly keeps bugging him , in the end he gets to angry he pulls out his knife and goes to the fly , bring it on mofo i will chop your head off .

Haha, I never had heard of that joke. My father himself aided the peshmergas in the mountains (by supplying them) and all most always donated his monthly salary to them. He got arrested for that, but eventually got out of prison (his father-in-law paid for his release).

i was born in Kerkuk azadi suburb but my family got evicted from Kerkuk for refusing to become baathists , i was about 1 years old when in 1983 we moved to Sulaimani , we settled in Baxtyari taze suburb until the age of 18 then we left for iran , stayed there 2 years and off to Australia .
