Silemani 3000

Breaz Co. invests this project on the area 4200m2 on the Malik Mshmood street in Sulamani. The project consists of the largest supermarket in the city, sport hall,commercial offices , and sport services . The building of the project is designed in a very modern way and involves all the new services and facilities.

Update on Baranan Hotel u/c

The Baranan Hotel is a four star hotel located in the tourist district of sarchinar Sulaimania. Built on a land area of 1320m2, it has buildup area of 9198m2. The seven-storey hotel offers a contemporary setting with 72 guest rooms, 6 suites, 8 service rooms and 7 elevators. Amenities include meeting rooms, all day dining, Italian restaurant and cigar bar.

Completion date: 1.10.2011
Cost of project $15.000.000
