Just because all these foregin companies have made all these designs doesn't mean all of these designs will be built?

actually not all of them are designs and yes in kurdistan they are always built cos its safe , i always see renders and few months later the project has started and i do my best to keep them up to date .

Okey but why does these companies invest in things like malls etc while we have way bigger needs for other stuff. Instead of building these mansions that olny few kurds can afford, why not low cost apartments, houses, which the majority of the majority of kurds can afford. I have seen a few projects like that only compared to all these expensive projects. Why not invest in teh welfare more. Invest in roads, banking system, jobs, EDUCATION etc.... I am really tired of seing turkish companies in southern kurdistan, why they have to be the ones earning that money from kurdish oil, better if kurdish companies could be a part of these projects. Education the most importend goal if the kurds wants to be self-sufficient in everything.

no but there is low cost apartments , there are low to high cost apartments depends on what you can afford , ps for 2012 KRG is building 5000 units for people with low incomes , and KRG planning minister has said KRG needs 25000 units to end renting issues in S.kurdistan .

dont just look on the 1st page go through all of the pages you will see low cost apartments too . i have seen kurd city 110 m2 2 bedroom apartment go for $32500

The Mazi Tower consider one of the largest project for Al-Amin establishment; its residential and service project located in center of Erbil city in new region between the two villages; English and Italian village. The area that designated for this project is (9198 m²) which includes two towers each one occupies area of (650 m²). one of the tower consists of 18 stories and the second one of 15 stories which each one of them build over 4 story building consists of basement (garage) and second story is markets for cabins and furniture and the third story is restaurant and cafeteria; the fourth story is designated for services called (SPA) which include fitness center with swimming pool build in advanced modern style.
