With all these projects(most of them useless) literally swarming the KR, one would assume there also is some budget for practical, useful things. Why is the KRG not improving its road network and public transportation system, for instance? A developing economic region like the KRG should have a central committee responsible for addressing these issues, like allocating investments and setting priorities. speaking about roads, I often see that the road surface marking has faded away on kurdish roads. One other problem with kurdish roads is that there isnt really one system. You often see speed limit signs with different lettertypes.
Besides that, I think we shouldnt use arabic on our road signs. I think Sorani and Kurmanji are enough. We don;t need English and arabic on our road signs. Because when you look at, lets say, Italy, the cities on the road signs are only written in Italian and not English.
