Lol, Kak Diri. It's okay, maybe she just didn't know :)

No Piling xan, it's actually a Kurdish word that was borrowed by Arabs. Break up the word and you will see it's Kurdish roots :wink:

I did not know. I thought that it was a Arab word, because of Bedouin, calmels, etc, but I looked at the French dictionnary which said that "caravane" is a Persian word (kayrawan), but "Persian" means all Iranian language for French generalist dictionnary...

Then I accept that Nomadic Kurds are the inventors of the word, more that city-dwellers Persians. :o And the dictionnary says too that this word was added in French in 13th century. At this time, the most famous Muslims were the Ayyubids in Western countries, so...

Cartesian comes from the philosopher Descartes. It means "logical, fond of methodic evidences, rationnal..." French people are often considered like that, at the contrary of their neighbours, Germans or English for example, more romantic or fond of "non-sense" .

Brow (english)= Biro (kurdish- with The same pronounciation)


Oranage (color in english) = Narincy = somethehing more simmilar in Spanish. (that i forgot.)

honey (english) = hengwên (kurdish)

note that wên is an addon to the word ,hen .
and also note that "ng" is pronuced in a speical way not like "ng"
so honey and hengwên are so simmilar .

(lawandin is a verb in kurdish )
