Finished to watch P & P. Now I am searching which series I could enjoy during summer. Now I begin Hatufim, which seems a good one. I did not see Homeland, its American adaptation.

The little one (perhaps i should find a name for the kitten, even if temporary) has just begun to eat chicken breast with a great enthusiasm chewing some piece of meat bigger than its mouth. When I remember that some veggies want to learn vegan diet to their cats, I just say them : Adopt a bunny instead !

It has never worried me if I feed my dogs meat because the meat products for dogs are normally left-over parts of animals that humans do not eat - dogs also love such things as strawberries and carrots :D

Personally I do not eat any red meat or pork but stick to fish and chicken ;;)

Since the beginning of summer, I stop to eat kebab (not safe) and then I eat only chicken and tuna, like the cats.

I can feed myself only with roasted chicken :p

not safe

Is that because of the heat?

A lot of kebab shops in UK are not safe

Too many Kurds cannot read English and do not understand UK hygiene regulations

Local government offices provide support and guidance for food hygiene and part of that support is a record book that - by law - has to be kept up-to-date

People who cannot read English obviously cannot fill the books in and keep accurate records of heat in refrigerated storage cabinets

They know nothing about cross-contamination

These people pay friends to fill in the books without any checks ever being made on the actual fridges - that way they can break the regulations and still have a level 5 hygiene rating (top level)

If staff do not understand English NEVER buy cooked meats from that shop :ymsick:

It is not safe because of the heat and the cut power, so the freezing is random. In other seasons, it is enough to cook it carefully but in summer if fridges and freezers are not strong enough in shops and markets, chopped meat is dangerous.

The air-conditioner works day and night in the bedroom. Power cuts are in the market and the city. In my house it is rare, because my power comes from the hospital. And recently, they bring a generator to the school.

During the day, it works only for the cats, btw, while I work in the living-room.

I am glad you are managing to keep the cats cool :D

Shame it does not keep you cool during the day - it must be very difficult to concentrate in temperatures about 40c

No I meant that in my bedroom the air conditioner works only for the cats, but i have mine in the living-room.

Now the kitten knows me very well and when it sees me, runs and meows after my feet. Eats chicken, drinks Mother's milk, plays, sleeps. Sweet life.

My bad - I misunderstood =))

Glad you are not melting and have your own air-conditioning :D

Now that the kitten knows you and you have spoilt her with chicken, air conditioning and lots of tickles and playing - you cannot let anyone else have her :x

It would be fun to have 2 cats but two females is a double issue concerning fecundity.
