I miss already meat and cheese

The worst is that I still buy chicken and milk just for the cat

Lent Day 1 :

6 h : Black coffee and 2 small sablés

9 h 30 : tea, Kurdish bread and tahini.

14 h : salad of wheat and tuna, a black coffee.

Dinner : vegetable soup and angel's hair, may be a glass of orange juice.

I love the fact that your cat drinks milk and you cannot =))

I am not a coffee drinker - I drink black tea

Sometime white tea with elderflower - sometimes earl grey - sometimes Indian tea - sometimes I blend my own real leaves :D

What are sablés are they biscuits with jam in?

no jam, just ordinary dried small biscuits to soak in my coffee :

I need coffee to wake up (but since i am in Kurdistan, only Turkish Nescafé (Mahmud Coffee). The rest of the day, tea. In France I drank various tea (mostly Chinese) ; in Kurdistan Turkish and Indian tea.

Kurds taught me to drink water with 1 teaspoon of apple vinegar before going to bed, not bad.

Don't try.

My first impression about vegetables and carbs diet with no suffering animals :

If you can cook, that could be tasty.

But that's the sort of meal making you still hungry when you just finished to eat.

I introduce new activities at school : 1 day per week, projection of a French movie for students.

And if I can find the museum of Duhok, a 'cultural visit'. No teacher was aware that Duhok has a museum. Here cultural life is 0.

When they say that Turkey bombs Duhok it means that they bomb in Duhok province, but not the city, on the border, in the mountains. When there are victims they are villagers who live in places where the PKK put their own basis by force, so they had expelled the inhabitants or the villages was emptied during Anfal and the PKK took it.

In Duhok, many of these villages are Christian, so people who fled recently Mosul because of Daesh and have been resettled in Christian villages had to fly again because of Turks.

In Erbil there are Muslim villages on the border, and in south, other villages have been bombed by Iran when it targets PJAK.

Desperately need an idea for a birthday in 1 month. Considering the place where I live, I wonder what kind of DIY could I start.
