Today, no eat until dinner. Not even a snack. Only 3 mugs of coffee.I like to fast, some day, and I was not hungry.
Dinner : Chili with spiced chicken ham, lettuce, camembert, a slice of bread, and pastis.
I have absolutely no sympathy at all with fat people
I know why I am fat:
I EAT TOO MUCHI could make excuses about having been stuck in a wheelchair for 3 years
But the truth is that I am intelligent enough to know that being stuck in a wheelchair I should have eaten
LESS food
I did
NOT and there is only one person to blame
ME
So now I am cutting down and changing the type of food I eat - lots of lovely salad
Lunch:
Mackerel salad
1 bread roll
2 cups of black tea
Dinner:
Chicken and rice
1 can diet Pepsi
It was such a wonderfully hot day that I confess to having had an ice-cream - but think that I could be forgiven as it was 27c
