Help with facebook - need to copy old postings before closes

Much as I hate to admit defeat - I wish to copy postings from my old facebook account before it vanishes

Anyone here got any ideas on how to copy all the postings - now I am working I do not have the time to spend finding out for myself - nor do I have the time to copy and post individual postings

click on ❅on top right-hand side
pull-down menu appears
click on Account Settings
click on General Account Settings
IMPORTANT - CHANGE EMAIL - IF YOU ARE NOT SENDING DETAILS TO ORIGINAL EMAIL
click on Download a copy of your Facebook data
data is sent to email
