Well, they've taken many words. If I'm not mistaken, among them are:

Turkish - Kurdish - English

Kahve - Qawe - Coffee
Sade - Sade - Plain
Sharap - Sheraw - Wine
Peynir - Penêr - Cheese
Sebze - Sewzî - Vegetable
Kashik - Kevçik - Spoon
Çatal - Çetel - Fork
Fincan - Fîncan - Cup
Küçük - Piçûk - Small
O - Ew - That

..and the list goes on...

Kahve - Qawe - Coffee = Qawah(assyrian)

Sharap - Sheraw - Wine = Khamra(assyrian)

Fincan - Fîncan - Cup = Pinjana(assyrian)

Sharap is by us the juice like sharap of oranges or apples and so on

In Sheraw is KURDISH DAMN IT! :?

Sheraw means "War water" - because people use to drink it when going to war - it boosted the MORAL OF THE TROOOOOOOOOOOOPSSS...

And we don't call it Fîncan - we say Lambekî/Lanbekî/Labekî etc...

Anybody else here who says it like me? Lambekî...
