Ah now I understand, Its not unusual for Kurds from Maras to not speak Kurdish fluently. So believe you that you arent an Arab.

Are you sure he is Sinjar? Did you looked after his IP because if not, I think he might really be a Kurd because Kurds from Maras (which lies in East-Central Anatolia) tend to not know Kurdish pretty well.
