Welcome it always makes me happy when I hear that a Kurd is studying, before it was rare ( 20-30years) to hear a Kurd in university or college. My family has over 300 people in it almost no one over 30 had an education past Highschool, however things have changed for the younger generation and its great.

Yes it is true, but given our cultural and economical situation it was hard for the generation before to study. Things began to change, there are more and more young kurds studying in university. I know some of them here in France, but its still a minority of our youngs here. I think more kurd people get engaged in university study in northern europe than in France or Germany.
