Taking Bath lowers blood pressure
Today early morning I took my blood pressure, pity I didn't record all numbers. But I remember the highest number on three readings was like this 138, 128 and 122. This is the first time I get 138 for the last three months. This is above normal but acceptable. I think it has some thing to do with a diet, which I try it sometimes but not more than once a week. I had it yesterday evening. After taking a good hot bath I took my blood pressure three times and recorded all numbers, which are these: 1- 96,49, 102, 2- 96, 46, 101, 3- 100, 47 and 102. First number stands for the highest pressure, second number stands for the lowest pressure and the third stands for number of heart beats per minute.
