Ok right...Got your point but mind your tone - you apparently misunderstood me. I just wanted to ask if there's a way to send online sms msgs to a phone number, who's owner is located in Kurdistan. Would you happen to know of such a website perhaps?

you can use skype to send SMS to anywhere in the world ! (it is not free but pretty cheap)
