After having read the criteria for a Proscribed Organisation and believing that Erdogan and the Turkish regime meet that criteria far more than Kurds have ever done; I firmly believe we should apply for Deproscription of the PKK

The Proscribed Organisations (Applications for Deproscription etc.) Regulations 2006

Statutory Instruments
2006 No. 2299

PREVENTION AND SUPPRESSION OF TERRORISM
The Proscribed Organisations (Applications for Deproscription etc.) Regulations 2006

As long as the PKK remains a proscribed organisation in much of Europe, it will continue to lack media coverage and international support

Ergo, Ocalan will never receive enough support to free him

Kurds need publicity; recognition and support

The best thing Kurds could have done, would have been to unite in their millions and save Hasankeyf

Hasankeyf; with it's unique flora and fauna; it's 12,000 years of history; it's thousands of uninvestigated caves and undiscovered artefacts is the most important area of Kurdistan

If the energy Kurds put into all their various protests went into saving Hasankeyf, they would be able to achieve a great deal of international support and all important media coverage

Simply put: Hasankeyf is NOT political, Hasankeyf is Kurdistan's greatest heritage and as such could be publicised on social media without fear of sites being taken down or accounts being shut down

Publicising Hasankeyf would make people aware of who Kurds are and how they have been treated
