I received this via email from unknown sender who claim that the person who sent this letter to Saddam hussien in 2000 after halabja and Anfal is a Kurd from southern Kurdistan and a Member of this forum . Anyone knows who he is ?

Dear Mr. President,
I have been thinking to write to you very long age, because we have many things in common, but I always hesitated until recently I saw you in my dream. After that I said to myself: “That is it. I must write to the President.” I am going to tell you about the dream later.

I am just like you a strong practical believer in “Unity Freedom Socialism”.

We are both survivors of different circumstances. I read once, that when you were very young, one of your beloved ones used to force you to go out at midnight to go to your uncle’s home to bring back some thing. On your way, you had to cross a graveyard. This was very unfair.



But you don’t know what was happening to me. I was carrying a heavy

load against five of my nearest elders for many years. Many times, I

was about to be torn to pieces alive. I was left as a moving blood and flush

nothing else. Many years later, I used to envy those youngsters running

from their beloved ones seeking shelter at police stations.



Anyway, I have recovered, my heart is clear and clean and I don’t have any grudges whatsoever. Not only that, I have also moved upward socially, but just slightly. I am self-employed and work as removal porter for myself. I provide LIGHT removal service. Recently, I had a CONTRACT to provide LIGHT removal (Disposal) for a very rich family to throw some of their items to the dumping (Rubbish) point or take them for myself for resale. I removed (took) all their expensive LIGHTS, chandeliers, and charged them the agreed fee.



You have been using almost all your life in politics; I wonder if you ever have some time for yourself for creativity away from boring politics. At this age, if you take care of your diet and take some sport you can reach the age of 100+ still young and full of energy. Do you have pets like cats, pigeons, and nightingales? I have annoyed my neighbour for making his cat more loving and loyal to me.



Have you considered assembling computers, as a hobby, and then giving them to charities? It is a very interesting hobby. A computer can be assembled and made to work easily. All parts of computers are taylor made, each part can fit only to the right place. Order these parts: Case with power supply, Motherboard, Central Processing Unit and Cooler, Ram, Graphic Card, Sound Card, Modem, Floppy Disk Drive, Hard Disk, Digital Video Drive, Zip Drive, Speakers, Mouse, Keyboard, power Cables, Monitor and any Operating System. Then assemble them. Don’t force anything, just compare and fit. When it works, you will see what I mean.



Did you ever have time enough to take care of your children when they were babies? I mean to wash them, clean them, carry them in your arms as long as they wanted, let them sleep in your arms, take them to the bed. If not, you have missed paradise on earth. It is not too late. Marry a young lady to make a baby. When the baby arrives, ensure you, yourself, take care of the baby as much as possible and practical. Then, you will feel what I mean.



Before I leave you, I need to talk about our shared values “Unity Freedom Socialism” like the 14-year-old girl who thought she knew more than her grandmother.



Like a simple man of the street in Iraq or any where else, deep intellectual or ideological discussions are just headaches for me but I can recognise practicabilities, workabilities, achievabilies and the Truth nothing but the Truth. These are natural assets (gifts) of any simple man/woman of the street anywhere. Each now and then, I do some readings of the books of those very well known great influential philosophers when I am being paid to dispose volumes and volumes of their books. I don’t understand what they are talking about.



I have found our shared values “Unity Freedom Socialism” are interdependent like a Root (Socialism) of a Tree (Unity) inside a protective cage (Freedom) on plains of African Savannah full of elephants and giraffes. Let us call our shared values “Unity Freedom Socialism” as a PROTECTED SPRING TREE.



The three factors of this PROTECTED SPRING TREE need to fit into each another perpetually to create a system, which must have a

workable purpose as a modern practical solution for a modern problem. As this system is geared to run the life of a nation, so the purpose of this system must be a life sustaining one as the main priority, to provide bread and better of every one. Life sustaining drive has taken millions, if not billions, of years to develop and improve in evolutionary terms. If the target of this system is to sustain life then it can achieve a workable purpose.



In this modern time, every opportunity is considered as an industry to provide bread and better of some one or a lot. So our PROTECTED SPRING TREE must generate bread and better for every one in dignity, peace and security. If the talk is about bread and better then I must start to talk about the root “Socialism”. The classical definition of Socialism implied as some thing like to feed the crippled and let her/him stay crippled. But this definition proved not working when put into practice.



Accordingly, we need to redefine a workable or practicable or

achievable Socialism. How about to redefine our Socialism as some thing NOT to feed the crippled but to put her/him on his/her feet to go out to compete to earn his/her bread and better. In this case, our Socialism can be redefined in few words as bellow:



LEGALISED PREVENTION OF MONOPOLIES AND BARRIERS.



In this case, every opportunity becomes open and available for every one to compete for it, not because who they are but because what they are and what they know about an available opportunity. This is a self-regulating, self-regenerating and self-scrutinising system, which puts each one at his/her position according to his/her abilities to contribute and to take. It generates a competitive society of plenty guarantees bread and better, and intellectual satisfaction of every one including the crippled ones, the ones who cannot stand on their feet. This is a compassionate society. It cannot ignore those who fall behind. The fittest one reaches the highest point of social ladder; the weakest one becomes crippled but will be taken care off and given all the opportunities to get on his/her feet. Only the fittest can get the best. IT IS THE SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST



This is what our Workable Socialism can achieve. But any system can fail unless scrutinised to keep it competent and efficient. We said this is a self-scrutinising system, which represents our FREEDOM factor (Intellectual Satisfaction). So the system and each part of the system is Free to Express the Truth, nothing but the Truth, the Truth nothing else to criticise and expose the shortcomings and faults of our Workable Socialism, to praise its efficiency, to put new ideas

and proposals to improve the system for the good of every one, one for all and all for one.



So our Workable Socialism, under the scrutiny of the Freedom to Express the Truth, becomes a Working Self-regulating and

self-regenerating System provides bread and better, and intellectual satisfaction for every one. Every one recognises s/he has a share and a

future in this Workable Socialism. Every one recognises his/her interest depends on the interests of others because it is a shared interest provided by this Workable Socialist System. They all become

UNITED (UNITY) solid rock to keep this common interest (Workable Socialism) working for the good of every one. One for all and all for one. It is not in the interest of any one to rock the boat.



Accordingly, this Socialist System on the basis of our PROTECTED SPRING TREE flows naturally, Nature Takes its Course, to fulfil its purpose (To Produce a Lot) in line to the following formula:

Bread and Better = Contributions (Received Values => Given Values) Conditional on (Raw Material + Modern (Skills Talents Techniques) + Guaranteed By (Unity Freedom Socialism)). Any modern society with modern skills and talents, can apply this formula at any place and any time to create the society of plenty.



This socialist system on the basis of our PROTECTED SPRING TREE has already been applied successfully to solve internal conflicts of many countries like Argentina, Chile, South Africa . . . . .etc. South Africa suffered decades of civil war and self-destruction because of the misapplication or misinterpretation of the same socialist system on the basis of our PROTECTED SPRING TREE. But directed to serve people on the basis of who they were, “Legalised Monopolies and Barriers.” As soon as they came to their senses they redirected the system to serve people on the basis of what they were, “Legalised Prevention of Monopolies and Barriers.” Immediately all the reasons of internal conflict and self-destruction disappeared as never had happened. Now South Africans work hand in hand to build South Africa as they have been doing it for generations. What a great people they are! from their poorest to their richest, from their humblest to their noblest. They are the symbol of the highest standards of human quality and values.



The application of our socialist system on the basis of our PROTECTED SPRING TREE not only leads to Internal Unity; it also leads to unities between groups of people separated politically. But they have reached the same standards of socialist development. This is encouraged further if these groups of people have some common cultural identities like language, religion, history . . . . . etc. For example one-day Argentina and Chile could become united in the name of an ideological drive with a hidden agenda for more bread and

better. When two matured socialist countries united, more opportunities created and the existing ones become expanded. All these mean more bread and better for each one of them.



I have met some Chilean and Argentinean army officers, the ones who involved in mutiny to overthrow legitimate authorities in these countries. I raised the subject of why an army officer breaks his

military code of conduct. I opened the subject with the Chilean army officer and asked him why his words and actions were different.

Because when he was graduated in Chilean military academy, he gave his words, as his military code of conduct, only to protect Chilean

people against external threats or restore law and order on the order of a legitimate authority. But when he participated to overthrow the legitimate authority and turned his guns against Chilean people, he broke his words, his military code of conduct.



He agreed that he indeed had broken his words and turned his gun against the people whom he supposed to have protected as his military code of conduct. He excused his military superiors, as they did not do it on their own initiatives, rather they were misled to respond to the call of mutiny from some short-sighted politicians. In any case, they realised gradually the gravity of the mistake they had done. But they could not turn back the clock. At least they did what could be done to restore the legitimate authority on a piecemeal basis. First they let women to demonstrate to ask what had happened to their beloved ones. Then they relaxed restrictions gradually on the Freedom to Express the Truth. The process went on until the full legitimate authority restored for the better not for the worst. The same question went to the Argentinean army officer who gave similar responses.



I have also met a lot of Cubans dreaming to have the socialist system on the basis of our PROTECTED SPRING TREE established in Cuba. These good people never thought or brought up the subject of using mutiny in the army as the means to the end. I raised the subject and we were in full agreement on the following points:



- The army should always stay neutral politically and kept away from politics. The condition of the army of a nation is similar to the condition of the judiciary of the same nation, who need to be neutral to serve justice.

- An army has a code of conduct, which represents the common conscience of a people some of them may be against (in opposition) of the ruling system. Nevertheless this code of conduct also represents the conscience of the opposition. So because you are in opposition you cannot behave against your own conscience to corrupt an army officer to break his military code of conduct.

I put the following proposals to my Cuban friends for use to persuade Mr. Castro to allow a Socialist System on the basis of our PROTECTED SPRING TREE established in Cuba: -



1- To challenge Mr Castro on a marathon talk just for the sake of talk, talking to each another. I told them the story of the main warring parties in Vietnam War when they met to negotiate for

the first time. It took them over three months just to agree

where to put the negotiating table inside the meeting room.

2- Arrange Forums with Mr. Castro to discuss the benefits of a socialist system on the basis of our PROTECTED SPRING TREE.

3- Encourage Cubans inside Cuba on peaceful civil disobedience like hunger strikes, silent demonstrations . . .. etc. in a commonsense and reasonable manner not to cause back clashes

4- Appeal to Mr. Castro on the basis of reason and commonsense.

5- Offer Mr. Castro to remain in charge of Armed Forces for life, in return he does not interfere in politics with the Civilian

Authority on the basis a workable Socialism according to our

PROTECTED SPRING TREE.

6- Encourage Mr. Castro to create a Special Ministry with Exceptional Authority to educate and implement the principles of the Socialist System on the basis of our PROTECTED SPRING TREE on a piecemeal basis.

7- Benefit from the experience of Chileans, S. Africans and Argentineans.

8- Offer Mr. Castro the position of Figure Head, Constitutional King.

9- Do anything to promote the cause as long as it does not backfire.



During all my discussions, these good people always expressed goodwill and appreciation towards Iraq and Iraqi People and especially about a Potential Energy, which Iraq and Iraqi People have. They considered this Potential Energy, of Iraq and Iraqi People, as the Potential Energy of Germans and Japanese. This potential energy brought war and destruction to Germans and Japanese. But when this potential energy directed towards constructive purposes, it not only made Germany and Japan the richest countries, it also made each Japanese and Germans rich a lot. After all, what is the point of a country being rich if each person of this country is not rich enough.



Possibly by now you have heard a humour about people of Italy and Switzerland, but I am going to repeat it again. The humour is this: that after centuries of peace and socialism in Switzerland, all they have made is cuckoo clock but after centuries of war in Italy, Italians have become the master of Art, Culture, Industry . . .. Etc.



Now I am going to tell you about the dream. I saw you in my dream you were a singer and a conductor of an opera orchestra, which

included all Iraqis (When I say all Iraqis, I mean all Iraqis every one of them from all corners of Iraq, women, men, young, old, children). You were entertaining the world. All the musicians were divided according to the division of labour, each one according to what s/he was, not who s/he was. For example in the group of violin players you could see people of different Iraqi ethnic backgrounds, women, men, young, old,

children. Every part of the orchestra fitted into each another to make a perfect working system despite the diversities of every thing. It was a MIRACLE.



Possibly, you don’t like to be seen as a singer or orchestra conductor

but that was only a dream and a dream reflects the view of the dreamer. In my view music, musicians and singers are great natural gifts. So the meaning of this dream is this: YOU AND IRAQI PEOPLE CAN MAKE A MIRACLE HAPPEN AGAINST ALL THE ODDS indeed.



May Peace Prosperity Unity Freedom Socialism come all over Iraq, Middle East and the World.

Please don’t take notice of the North Pole Liberation Act of 1998. The King of the jungle did not mean it at all. He did not know what he was doing at that time because his mind was at a different front. He was thinking how to sneak behind his queen to meet that young lioness in secret. The Penguins never dare come to the shore unless with the agreement of all the INTERESTED PARTIES on the basis of WIN-WIN. This is a modern problem which needs a modern solution intellectually ONLY BY ALL THE PARTISAN INTERESTED PARTIES, once for all.



-Before I leave you, I must tell you the story of another pride of the humanity, The story of the people of Philippine. They involved with a very unreasonable man as their leader. He was keeping all bread and better for himself. They used reason and common sense to persuade him to be fair and reasonable to give them a share and keep the share of lion for himself. He did not listen. Finally they come out against him bare-handed and bare-feeted. They removed him courteously. And let me to tell you about his wife. She was living like a millionairess while this gentle and enterprising people starving. She did not give a damned care to them. Now she has gone back and lives among them. No one shows a grudge or prejudice against her. WHAT A GREAT FORGIVING PEOPLE THEY ARE!!!
