I think that since 2004, Americans ate their hat (as we say in French when you regret your words) and realized that Frenchies were right when they warned USA that occupying Iraq would lead to a disaster.

The only good point of Bush's leadership was that it gave a chance to Kurdish independence. But except that, all that happens today in Middle-East has roots in USA intervention.

I prepare a French menu again:

salad of shrimps and raw mushrooms with lettuce, strawberries and pomegranate.
trout with red wine hot butter sauce and a mix of vegetables.
cheese and lettuce.
A salad of fruits (figs, strawberries, pomegranate) , plus an ice cream of Marash (pistaccio).
Hot spicy wine.

wines : white French Chardonnay, red Moldavian Merlot.
