Torticollis, this morning. Too much may-jong or computer in general… I have swallowed an umbrella and stay stiff. :|

I blame dyaoko because he has deserted you :o) and left you here as the ONLY moderator which means you spend a great deal of time online supporting this site :ymapplause:

You NEED to relax a lot more, perhaps a good massage would help :D

Do new things to take your mind of the stress, go out in the summer sunshine - if it ever comes :?

You have to make sure that you do not become upset or depressed.

You need a good laugh: think of the Kurds following Ocalan - rather like sheep following the big bad wolf =))

Hope you feel better soon - take care of yourself :x

I need a witch remedy against stiffed neck :D

Fortunately only 2 days of work, Wednesday is May 1st.

Concerning my stress I tried everything, especially meditation, but I am not a good bhikkhuni. :(

Are bhikkhunis Buddhist nuns who give up the sins of the flesh and live a life of abstinence 8-}

I meditate by looking at flowers, or bars of chocolate =))

You need to relax more, I expect that you have been stuck indoors far too long during this awful freezing winter

When the sun comes out, find a quiet place in the countryside, remove any tight fitting clothes, take off your shoes and socks or tights, stand on clean fresh patch of grass, picture your feet sinking into the earth, roots growing down and connecting with the living earth.

Tense all the parts of your body, slowly relaxing them, feel the negative energy leaving you and positive energy flowing up into your body through you feet and legs, feel your fingers tingle as the energy flows :D I quick 10 minutes every couple of days should be enough :D

Yeah I am fond of Hindustani and carnatic musics, I love setar and rudra veena, and tabla.

I have many albums of Ravi Shankar and of Lakshmi Shankar also.

And when I want to enjoy a dark mood, I like to put music like bhangra in my iPod :-D

Not in Paris : cold and rainy as in a Newroz Day.

I am sleepy and I have bought an album of The Sixteen. Not sure it will awake me, sounds like a lullaby :

I like Gregorian also. They are often singing in a sweet and tender mood, but at the origin, they were chants of wars, against evils, demons and disasters : quite shaman's chants. Monks were Night Watchers against the chaos of the world.
