Now Kendal says that if the Institute should close in France, it could re-open in Sweden or Austria.

My opinion concerning Qandil clash (PKK vs KDP-I) is that all armed groups should leave Qandil. All. Qandil is in KRG and an independent Kurdish State would not be allowed to shelter guerilla which are going to attack neighbors.

I think Kendal is CRAZY after all the hard word that has been put into the Institute over the years - the knowledge you have all gained - the contacts - the reputation - the information you provide to others - the library - the translation service you personally provide :ymapplause:

If you could not find the money to keep the institute going in Paris with all the services you provide and the excellent reputation you have earnt over the years - what makes Kendal think that he could find more money in a country where your services are unknown - also is he paying to transfer all the books - equipment and personal?

I wonder why Kurds think so obstinately that Yezidism is a Zoroastrian faith (no Yezidi believes it) though it is so obviously a gnostic-manicheist avatar. Perhaps because Mani had a bad image in Islam (Zandaqa). But Mani was a more interesting character than Zaradusht.

I think that 1 kg is 2 pounds ? You are infernal with your Ancient Régime measures : once, livre, LOL. I read in recipes that the weight of an oz or lbs is not even the same weight, depending in the ingredient. :-o

I discover with a great pleasure Laurie Colwin's books. The kind of tune I love : half rainy half smiling, like a Mozart's sonata.

Another test for you :ymdevil:

How Much Common Sense Do You Have?

http://www.playbuzz.com/andreamasters10 ... o-you-have

My answer is below :D

You have an abundance of common sense! You ranked in the 90%th percentile, which means that you are able to answer difficult questions correctly that the average person would not be able to. You analyze problems literally, and are able to see past trickery or distractions to come to solutions more easily than normal people. You have a mind for science and math, and intricate problem solving. Well done!

Probably why I realise Kurd are being manipulated in Turkey when many of them have no understanding of what is going on :o)
