My day was more austere :-D

Morning : Coffee, bread, butter and camembert.

Dinner : pasta, vegetables and fish, lettuce and goat cheese.

Now I hesitate between a big glass of cognac or a guignolet-kirsch. :-?

Yesterday my friend cooked what I would call a stew - he called it a kebab and he put lots of interesting things in it including ORANGES

But it tasted FANTASTIC

This man certainly belongs in the kitchen - he actually loves cooking :ymapplause:

I love also orange in stew, it gives a good taste, as plum or mango.

Yesterday :

2 small white breads, butter, coffee and sugar.

Dinner :

quail, carrots & parsnips, lettuce.

2 large glasses of Guignolet-Kirsch (1 would have been enough but it was feast :-D )

Today I am fasting until the evening :

Crêpes with Morbier cheese and ham, salad of endives, and kir.

I refuse to confess how much I have eaten over the past few days - and I did not have to even do the washing up :ymdevil:

We were going out last night to a bonfire party - but the fire service went on strike so the party has been postponed - I think there is a huge party tonight but not sure if that will also be postponed due to strong winds we have here :-?

Yesterday :

Morning : coffee (3 cups).

Dinner : Fish couscous, lettuce, goat cheese, kir (3 glasses).

A GOOD NEWS for Anthea : I read a paper about the effect of cortisol hormone, the stress hormone, which puts fat around women's waist. The best fighter against cortisol is… chocolate, especially the one with 70% or 80% of cocoa.

I will try that new drug with my morning coffee :-D

WOW WONDERFUL NEWS :ymparty:

Eat chocolate and lose fat - I have already had a Mars bar today but not feeling any slimmer yet - think I need some Cadbury chocolate - did you know that Cadbury now own Green & Blacks - they do delicious 70% cocoa chocolate - I find the 80% starting to be a bit too bitter for my liking - 70% perfect

I wonder how many bars of chocolate I would have to eat to become slim :-?

I love pure fruit juice but it is highly calorific - so if I have lots of Diet Pepsi and Chocolate I should soon be slim :o)
