Need infor about using cell phone

I am the author that visited your forum a couple of weeks ago. I need some details about someone in Suly using a cell phone to Yahoo with someone in the US. Do you buy a SIM card and use that for internet access or how does that work and how much does it cost? Any help with this would be great.

Are you talking about Internet on your phone in Kurdistan or normal Internet in Kurdistan?
