going back 16 generation (16 bav ) My mother's ancestral background goes back to Veren sehir(yeni sehir now ) and the fathers side goes back to Kizil l tepe . As I understand it a portion of the tribe migrated to southern Kurdistan for unspecified reasons (probably wars) and established several villages Then a portion of them migrated to Western kurdstan and established several other villages (some are with the same names ) . I found the records in western Kurdistan and it even included the names of the new generation me included
unfortunately I never had a chance to visit my relative in Northern Kurdistan despite having names and address during my stay in turkey, but I did visit my relatives in Western Kurdistan and stayed with them for two years .
