They even asked me the number of the order As if I was supposed to keep their orders in my archives instead of their services. By the way I have sent all these informations 4 days ago… seems a bit messy.

Really I hope that all British companies are not like that

I use Amazon sometimes and have never known them to make a mistake

Mostly I prefer to see the thing I am buying - and as I am several miles away from the main shopping centre - I make a day of it

In a such case, Amazon would have sent another robot to the right person (while keepin in hostage the postman's family to be sure it arrived before Christmas) and would tell me 'sorry for the inconvenience, keep the toy and merry Christmas !'
