Yes it is mud and lots of it.

The commentators says shame shame shame on us and Iraqi Authority for this situation. He asks where are the services when we have allocated billions of dollars to remedy drawbacks like this.

But lets be frank as far as this people in the video concerned, they are the happiest. That is life, that is their way of life, they are happy and enjoy the occasion. The environment couldn't beat them. Congratulation to the bride and bridegroom. :ymparty: :-D
