Just wonder what you people believe in

I also appreciate if you explain why you believe in it and what makes it different than religion

Well, humans have evolved from primates, and there is also scientifically facts that we have, People who have been found in New Zealand who were something similar to primates as an instance, they were both short, hairy and their bone structure were something different.

Religion got a lot of things who can't be explained from before, where only science can explain.

The Norse religion in Scandinavia, we can take that as an example now, they believed that gods made thunder, and much other stuff like that, and we do know today that it only was fiction. And my point is that since no religion can scientifically prove anything, and no ''Miracles'' have happened as far as modern humans can remember, Science will prevail.

+ If religions were that holy and all... why have millions/(milliards?) of people been killed by it, why is it getting misunderstood and abused by persons and even governments ? (USA, Iran) Nothing is holy with religion, it have only brought death. And if anybody would characterize themselves as religious, fine, do it, but don't let it go out over people who prefer to believe in science.

AND, here, the question about evolution comes back, when have Abrahamic religions proved anything ? They can't, and they wont, if things continue like this. Instead, they force/forced people to believe their holy theories, those who would not agree, would have been killed, and because of not listening to the church, we do today know, that the World isnt flat, that Muslims are not barbars, and we do not any longer need to burn witches.

My whole point, DON'T listen to the church, they have screwed up things way to much from before.

On the other side, Islamic philosophy is a fine thing, it got more meaning than the bible, and my only reason to ever convert to Islam would've been its philosophy. This whole post meaby went some off-topic, but I hope you'll all understand my point.

i believe in the evolution theory because it's more ...you know...trustworthier than religions...and I don't like it how religion restricts the development of a individual...something i can't deny...i believe in god..i don't know why..it's just that i grew up with all this religious stuff...

Humans are primates. We are primates, we are apes, we are human (species wise), and we are humans (race wise).

Humans are very well connected in genetic terms and our closest relative on the Earth is the Chimp. But we do have a closer relative. It is just you might not recognize them unless you knew them a little better. Sounds like a little mad I know, but when you get right down to it you'll understand
