Welcome KCF, I am not Yezidi but I know the Peacock Angel very well. My beliefs are very similar to Hindu and Yezidi. God bless you man...

Do you believe God is all or do you believe God is one? Just asking, I love to talk about religion in a productive manner.

Hindu also has a caste, and traditional Hindu you can not convert into. However in the west sects have appeared where non Hindu's have been practicing the same or almost the same religion just with out a caste. My goal is to Lalish and learn many of the traditions and rituals, that words alone can't describe.
God willing of course

Wish you a safe trip...![]()
And it's a good idea, as it would spread Kurdish culture and folklore, in the name of Kurds... Make sure to stress this, please... So many of our enemies steal our culture and call it theirs...

Diri wrote:No no - that will never do...
Either it's Kurdish or it's not...
Patriotic as I am - I wouldn't like my culture to be even more abstracted by Vedic or other cultures...![]()
People (in the world) don't even have a clear idea of what "Kurdish" is - let alone will they ever learn if we keep mixing it up with this or that...

Speaking from a patriotic point of view...
You don't need my blessing: but the blessing of the Êzidî... Good luck
