Many linguists actually believe that a "Avesten" language never existed but was a hardcore mix between Northwestern and Eastern Iranic dialects, a creation of Zerdesht to reach better as much people as possible.

Zoroastrianism was simply a new formed religion out of the older Sun and nature worshiping religion of Indo-Europeans (Indo-iranians), which traces you can still find among Indo-Aryan Indians other Indo-European people and Yezids. Zoroastrianism is largely based on Mithraism (sun worshiping) and later spread around the world. It was also very oppressing against other religions and even Mithraism, the reason how it could happen that some Zoroastrian rituals ended up among Mithraistic believer (like the Yezidis).

Here is a good documentation about Yezidis, in this documentation (I dont reall know anymore where it was) , One professor says Yazdanism is based on Mithraism with additional Zoroastrian elements.

Also if you think about it., The Kurdish Sun, the Yezidis praying towards the Sun, This all are elements of Mithraism (Mithra is simply the personified Sun).

Ignor the part of "Zoroastrian divinity" shit which was added by Persian who try to link any Old Iranic religion to themselves. Mithraism is older than Zoroastrianism so considering it as a branch of Zoroastrianism is simply chauvinistic Persian element.

Another thing you can see the Mithra divinity was a Yazata (the old Iranic word for worthy to be worshiped). Most if not all linguists believe that the term Yazidi/Yezidi derives from Yazata.

So instead of Kurds opening a Zoroastrian temple and trying to be hardcore like Persians (even though Zoroastrianism has also connections to us and was never a Persian religion but also an Iranic) yet I think they should open a Mithraistic Sun temple.

The funny thing is and my main problem with, Kurds are and where actually never real Zoroastrians but followed sects of Mithraism (sun worshipers), see Yazidis, Al e Hagg etc, They have simply absorbed some Zoroastrian traditions.

Do you have some more info about that? Wasn't zoroastrianism first adopted during the Median empire ? Why do Kurds sing hora, just like the zoroastrian priests did. So are you saying takht-e-soleyman was full of persians?

If you read my post above, you will find all your questions answered. Zoroastrian religion was never Persian to begin with yet Zoroastrianism wasnt the real and first religion of Kurds too. Zoroastrianism was a new formed religion based on Mithraism. Zerdesht was most probably a Mithraistic priest himself at first.

About the Avestan language. Well it seems Avestan language indeed existed but it was not the language of Zoroastrians. it was a language closest to old Iranic but had nothing to do with being "Zoroastrian" Zerdesht simply wrote his book in this language which was also spoken by non Zoroastrian Iranic groups.
